It's all about the vibe...
When artist and audience can get in the right zone together, the best, most magical shows can happen. If an artist is relaxed, happy, and treated well, he or she will play their best show. It sounds so simple...but it isn't. 
Hana Bi is a location that is all about the magic, the vibe, the connection between artist and audience. Every single one of the artists we talked to, be it Neutral Milk Hotel, Black Mountain, Woods, The Tallest Man On Earth, Destroyer, Magnolia Electric Co., Suuns, Damien Jurado: they all talk about Hana Bi the place with a twinkle in their eye. 
They love the beach. They love the food. They love the drinks. The love the crew, and they love the audience. They praise the perfect combination of a well-run production with an amazing atmosphere. Usually, it's their favorite show on their European tour.
